1. Nature of the service
Tsoro is a pay-to-play skill game. We facilitate matches between players and, where lawfully offered, host skill-based contests (“Cash Arena”, tournaments) where players pay an entry fee to compete for a prize pool; the platform retains a disclosed service fee. Outcomes are determined by player skill under published rules — not chance. We do not operate a betting or wagering book; we provide the venue, matchmaking, and prize settlement.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to create a real account or participate in cash play. Guests may use practice / soft-currency features only. You are responsible for ensuring that real-money skill gaming is lawful where you are located. We may geo-restrict cash features using IP-based geolocation.
3. Accounts & security
You must provide accurate registration information, keep credentials confidential, and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, multi-accounting, or regulatory reasons. Session authentication uses secure cookies; you must not attempt to bypass age, KYC, or geo controls.
4. Payments, wallet & settlement
Deposits and withdrawals (where enabled) are processed via Stripe and, in supported markets, via licensed Zimbabwe mobile-money providers (EcoCash, InnBucks, OneMoney). Ledger balances are denominated for platform accounting and may not be withdrawable until KYC, geo, and payout destination requirements are met. Match entry fees are locked in escrow when a match becomes active; tournament entry fees are escrowed at join. Settlement credits the winner the prize pool after a completed match; failed settlement cancels the match and refunds the locked entry fees. The platform service fee is disclosed in the match quote before you queue.
5. Prohibited conduct
Collusion, bots, sandbagging, payment fraud, exploiting bugs for financial gain, and play from blocked jurisdictions are prohibited. We may void matches, reverse credits, and report suspected crime to authorities.
6. Responsible play
Competitive entry-fee play involves risk of losing your entry fee. You may request self-exclusion and deposit limits where offered. We may impose cool-off or permanent exclusion. If you feel play is no longer recreational, seek local responsible-gaming help resources.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” during closed pilot operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability. Liability for wallet discrepancies is limited to restoration of correctly proven ledger balances. Licensing status of real-money skill gaming in your market may be incomplete; we may withdraw cash features without notice.

For support, KYC, or legal notices, contact the operator via the channels published in the pilot brief / admin communications. Operator entity and registered address will be inserted upon counsel review before public launch.
